TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The “Seller” means Enhanced Products Ltd. Trading as United Products New Zealand Bandsaw (UPNZBS). The “Buyer” means any company or
individual or entity that purchases goods or services from Enhanced Products Ltd.
Prices listed on our website are prices that are current at the time of accepting an order.
Prices do not include GST unless otherwise stated. Prices on our website are subject
to change without notice . All prices are displayed in New Zealand dollars.
ERRORS AND OMISSIONS.
Although all the information in our catalogue has been carefully checked due to on going changes, errors or omissions may occur from time to time, we will be happy to resolve these issues when they occur.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
Payment must be made by the 20th of the month following month of invoicing. The Seller may cancel or suspend any credit facility if the Buyer delays payment for whatever reason.
Enhanced products Ltd retains the right to add any costs incurred should a collection agency be used to recover an unpaid account due date.
If debt collection costs are incurred – the Buyer is liable for payment of such collection costs.
All goods and/or services supplied by United Products Ltd remain the property of United Products Ltd until such time as payment is received in full.
Prior authorisation is required before goods are accepted back by the Seller. The Seller reserves the right to nominate the method of return or supply pre-paid tickets - or tickets to facilitate return. As some products are custom made – a re-stock fee of not less than 10% of the net value of the original sale.
Product warranties will be specific to the product purchased and such warranties need to be
checked by the purchaser prior to purchase.
UPNZBS observes the Consumer Guarantees that are set out in New Zealand Consumer Law. If you have purchased an item from UPNZBS and it is not of acceptable quality or does not match the description, UPNZBS will happily repair or refund. If this occurs, please contact our Sales Team on 0800 252 337 to seek further advice or contact us by email.
The Consumer Guaranty Act does not apply to goods purchased for commercial use.

In the unlikely event of product failure or other business association with the Seller leading to loss, injury or death, the value of the Seller’s liability shall extend no further than the value of the goods to which the claim relates. The Seller shall not be liable for any third-party claims resulting from the purchase or use of its products.
During our performance of the Services we may wish to send messages and/or documents to each other by email. As e-mail carries with it the possibility of inadvertent misdirection, or non-delivery of confidential material, unless you notify us otherwise you consent to the use of e-mail
Both parties will carry out procedures to protect integrity of data. In particular, it is the recipient's responsibility to carry out a virus check on any attachments before launching any documents, whether received on disk or otherwise.
