Shopping On-Line

Shopping at United Products Ltd (aka. New Zealand Bandsaw) is easy. There are four simple steps to place an order:

1/ Find the product(s) you want.

2/ Add it to your shopping cart.

3/ Checkout - selecting Payment / Shipping options and confirm order. Using account info or as a guest.

How do I place an order for Products?

When you find a product you want to purchase -

If discrete items simply click "Add to Cart" - you might want to adjust the quantities by changing the quantity value or using the "+" / "-" buttons.

Don't forget to add:

Any product attributes such as colour or length if these options exist

Once you have all the products you require and want to checkout / pay for your order. Simply click the "Checkout" under cart on right column of the page.

Checking out

To place and pay for for your order - you need to "Checkout" - the following outlines various checkout steps.

Registered customer or Guest Checkout

You can select to check out your order either as a Registered Customer or a Guest.

A Registered Customer can log in later and view their order status on-line. Your addresses are saved so next time when logged in you don't need to re-enter this data.

A Guest can place their order - you will be notified by email of order status, but cannot view orders on line.

If you have not registered on unitedproducts.co.nz before, you may opt to create a new account. You will be requested to supply some account details, which will be saved and will allow you to return later and use the same account.

All orders and accounts need a valid email address and delivery date.

Either log in using existing account or enter your Billing Name and Address and, if different, your Shipping information and click on “Checkout”. Shipping address allows products to be shipped to an address other than your billing address - e.g. gifts.

To complete the checkout process:

  •    Supply Billing details
  •    Provide delivery details
  •    Select a Method of Shipping (currently only one option flat rate).
  •    Select a Method of Payment (credit card) or (account - if you have a trade account registered with us).
  •    If you have any comments or notes for the order please add them.
  •    Once all details complete Confirm purchase.

If you select payment by credit card via PAYPAL, you will be taken to the paypal site to complete your payment.

Shipping Address Book

If the merchandise is to be sent to an address other than the billing address, enter the address information under the shipping information.

Payment

All orders will require confirmation of payment before goods are shipped.  Payments via Paypal will be verified immediately.

If during the Paypal payment process you "cancel" payment, your order will be deleted.

Payment options are:

  • Credit card via paypal.
  • Account for those with valid trade account with us.
